Can I try the software before a purchase?
Not only can you try it, but we urge you to do so! You can find a link with the appropriate installer on every product description in our online store. Once installed, the software is fully functional with limitations during playback. Those limitations will be withdrawn after the purchase of a license and product's activation.
On how many PC's can I install the software?
Every license is valid for ONE workstation only. However, if you foresee the use of the software on more than one PCs, you could buy a package with more activations.
I have a discount coupon, where can I use it?
Coupons are product and time specific. You can use a coupon on a package it applies on, within the period of time it is valid. You will be notified to enter the coupon once you visit your CART configuration.
How long will I have to wait after my purchase before I receive the activation code?
You will receive your activation code within 24 hours (or 8 working hours).
Will I receive a media or a box with the software?
No, all software provided from innoetics Store is only in electronic form, and after a purchase of a license, you will receive via email the activation code(s). However you will receive either electronically or via mail the purchase receipt.
